In early May, we’ll be merging your Open Items and Flagged Transactions into one easy-to-use tool, the To-Do List. Instead of switching screens to resolve tasks, everything you need to review pending items and transactions is in one place. Plus, there’s a cool new commenting feature so you can ask your team a question right there in the to-do and see when we respond. You can expect to receive fewer tickets and emails as we’ll be transitioning many of our “asks” in tickets to to-dos—this will make it easier to track what’s needed so you don’t have to spend time searching your inbox.
On top of all that, we’ll launch To-Dos in a new iOS mobile app, so you can take care of all your to-dos right on your phone!
