In order to track and analyze your finances and provide you an at-a-glance dashboard, your team needs access to your existing accounts. Follow the instructions below from BusinessDirect TD Bank to allow inDinero to download your account activity.
Log in to BusinessDirect TD Bank.
Select the Users tab from the main navigation.
Select Manage Roles and then click Create New Role.
Fill in the information below to create a User ID/temporary password and click Save.
- Role Name
- Role Description
- inDinero Finance Team
- Choose account access for the role
- Select desired account names that inDinero needs access to
- Activity Access
- Select User Administration
Once finished, Click on “Save Role” to complete the section.
Sub-users have their own User ID, password, security questions and answers. When a sub-user signs on for the first time, he or she will have to go through the same process of changing the password, accepting the User Agreement and setting up security questions.
If requested, please use the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- User ID
(e.g. if your company name is Evolve Enterprises, the online ID should be Evolveenterprises8)
- Mobile Access
Check the box to allow mobile access
