Log into your Bank of the West Account, click My Profile. Navigate to the Services & Support tab and click Manage Shared Users under the Business Services section.
From the Manage Shared Users page, select Add Shared User.
Enter the information below, then click Save & Continue.
- First Name
- Last Name
(e.g. if your company name is Evolve Enterprises, the online ID should be Evolveenterprises8)
- Temporary Password
Please create a temporary password of your choice and upload it to the Shared Docs section of your inDinero dashboard in a text file.
Under Set Access, select Restricted and View Only. Save these settings and confirm all the information is correct in the last step.
