In order to track and analyze your finances and provide you an at-a-glance dashboard of your finances, your team needs access to your existing accounts. Follow the instructions below from First Republic Bank (FRB) to allow inDinero to download your account activity.
One last FRB note before we jump into the sync instructions—Your team may need to see your statements for reconciliations. Here's some tips on how to obtain those:
- Sign in
- Select "Statements" on the left
- Click "HTML Statements"
- Choose the date range you need
- Click "Download CSV"
- Click "Print Business Analyzed Checking
- Open the PDF in Preview and save to your desktop
- Now you can upload to Shared Docs
Log into Corporate Online. Click “Setup” in the left navigation menu and then select “Manage Users” in the Advanced Administration section.
Click “Add User.”
Expand the “Basic Information” tab, input the information below, check “Can send and receive secure messages,” and click “Save Basic Info.”

(e.g. if your company name is Evolve Enterprises, the online ID should be Evolveenterprises8)
Enter a temporary password that you will provide along with the credential information (Minimum of 8 characters, and at least one letter and number)
Expand the “Administration Permissions” tab, select the following two options and then click “Save Administration Permissions.”

Expand the “Account Activity and Stop Payment Permissions” tab, select “Account Inquiry Permissions” and then click “Save Account Activity & Stop Payments Permissions.”
Expand the “Balance Inquiry Permissions” tab, select “All” and then click “Save Balance Inquiry Permissions.”
Expand the “Online Statements Permissions” tab, select “Online Statements” and then click “Save Online Statements Permissions.”
Expand the “Check Services Account Assignment” tab. Select the information you will share for each account—Balance Inquiry, Check, and Dashboard—then click “Save Check Services Assignment.”
