Access the PayChex Enrollment Form pdf (attached to the bottom of this article).
Scroll down to Section 2. Accountant Access and User Information, and input this information:

Temporary PIN: You can choose whatever you want, but be sure to share this information with your service team either by phone or Shared Docs in your inDinero dashboard.

This should be the only section you complete. Now you can sign page 2 and provide it to your PayChex representative. Please copy your service team email (email@example.com) on the correspondence to ensure they have visibility.
Your service team will receive an email and will finish creating the Flex account from there.
Once your service team has finished setting up their PayChex Flex account, they will reach back out to the you and your PayChex representative to ask the PayChex representative to “link” the new PayChex Flex account with the your company's PayChex account.
Once the account is linked, your team can start reviewing the account and pulling all relevant information.
