These instructions will enable your inDinero team to download expense reports from your TriNet Expense Cloud account. You can also consult their support page directly.

Note: Sharing expense reports with your inDinero service team through TriNet Expense Cloud will require more than just setting up an account. Each time you approve a report, please ensure you follow the instructions outlined at the end of this guide (or on the TriNet support page) to send the report to your team.
Create an Account for Your Team
From your TriNet Expense Cloud homepage, navigate to Settings > Company Settings > Manager Users. Then, click "+Add User".
Enter the following information:
(e.g. if your company name is Evolve Enterprises, the email will be email@example.com)
- First Name
- Last Name
- User Type
Click "Add this Person".
Now you view this account on your Manage Users page to finish the setup process.
From the Settings page, navigate to Company Settings > Manage Users. Click the Full View link.
The only field you need to update here is Role. Set it to Bookkeeper.
Send Your Team Expense Reports
When you approve an employee expense report, select the Send To My Bookkeeper option in the dropdown to send the report. ExpenseCloud will show you the email address the report will be sent to, confirm it is the one you use to contact your inDinero service team as outlined in the setup process above.
Here is a typical workflow:
You send an expense report to your boss, Bob. Bob approves the expense reports and sends it to your inDinero service team. Your inDinero team will get an email alerting them of the approved expense report. When your team logs into their ExpenseCloud account, they can export the report to your inDinero account to register the travel and entertainment expense.
When you send to bookkeeper, the following occur:
- Your inDinero team receives the expense report in their ExpenseCloud account. It will be published as an approved report.
- Your inDinero team receives email alerting of new report in their ExpenseCloud account.
- Your inDinero team can download the PDF or CSV to sync or reconcile with your inDinero dashboard.
