With Two-Factor Authentication, be assured that your important financial information stays secure within your platform! Like most other Two-Factor Authentication features, inDinero requires you to enter a security code sent to your phone to gain access.
Use this guide to learn how to manage this security feature.
After logging in, your inDinero account will prompt you to enter your mobile number. Make sure to enter a number that can accept text messages!
You will receive an authentication code at the mobile number you previously entered.
Enter your authentication code and click “Verify.” Moving forward, you will need to enter a code from your mobile phone before logging in. Select “Remember this computer,” to skip this step for 30 days—unless you clear your browser history.
To change the associated phone number, navigate to Account and Settings > Settings > and select Profile from the tabs.
From here, you can scroll down to view your Two Factor Authentication settings.
To change the mobile number associated with your Two-Factor Authentication, fill out the “New Phone Number” field and click “Save Profile.” Note that you are only allowed one associated mobile number at a time.
To disable Two-Factor Authentication, toggle the “Opt-out” checkbox and click “Save Profile.”
As an extra layer of security, your session will automatically end after 10 minutes of inactivity. Simply click or press of any key to reset the 10 minute counter. After 10 minutes of inactivity, a notification pop-up will confirm if you want to continue your session. If left untouched, you will log out automatically.
