In order to track and analyze your finances and provide you an at-a-glance dashboard, your team needs access to your existing accounts. Follow the instructions below from Shopify to allow inDinero to download your account activity.
Log into your account and, from the admin view, click Settings.
In the Staff members section, click Add a staff member.
Enter the following information for your inDinero team:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
(e.g. if your company name is Evolve Enterprises, the email will be firstname.lastname@example.org)
Click Send invite.
Once a new staff member has been invited to set up an account, you can set or change the features that they have access to immediately.
Navigate back to the Staff members section, click a staff member’s name to open the account menu. In this case, you will look for inDinero Finance Team.
In the Admin Access section, click the Limit admin access checkbox.
In the Admin Access section, check all boxes under General except Customers. All other boxes can be unchecked. Make sure to click Save.
