In order to access your transactions, inDinero will need to be designated as an Authorized Signer on your account.
Follow the instructions outlined below to sync the transactions from your Capital One 360 account to your inDinero account for easier and more up-to-date reporting and accounting.
- Log into your sparkbusiness.capitalone.com account.
- Click on the Profile icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Beneath that, click on Access Codes which will generate the two unique codes that your team will need to complete the sync process.
- Copy and paste both of those codes into a word file, and then upload it to the Client Uploads section of your inDinero dashboard.
- From there, your dedicated service team will take care of the rest.
