In order to track and analyze your finances and provide you an at-a-glance dashboard of your finances, your team needs access to your existing accounts. Follow the instructions below from Square 1 Bank to allow inDinero to download your account activity.
- To add new users, click the Administration menu item and select Manage User from the drop down menu. Each user may be given a specific role and permissions. A new user can be cloned from an existing user if you want to copy their role and permissions.
- On the Manage Users page, select the sub-user you wish to clone.
- Click Edit User at the top of the View User page. Review and edit the User Information as outlined below.

(e.g. if your company name is Evolve Enterprises, the email will be firstname.lastname@example.org)

Since this sub-user will have no approval powers, this section is not applicable. Leave as is.
- Access Schedule
If you selected Custom access, review the sub-user’s account access by clicking Set Up Account Access.
On the Edit Account Access page, validate that the sub-user has access to the correct accounts. Choose the access level for each account and then select the check boxes on the left in the Customize column. Click Set Custom Access.
You can review the entitlements available to the sub-user for each account by selecting the plus (+) sign to display the options. Review and update for each account as necessary. Click Save.
Select Set Up Functional Access to review a sub-user’s functional access. Validate that the sub-user has access to the correct functions. Click Save.
