|In order to track and analyze your finances and provide you an at-a-glance dashboard of your finances, your team needs access to your existing accounts. Follow the instructions below from Bank of America to allow inDinero to download your account activity, or watch their live walk-through.|
Log into your account and navigate to the Business Services tab. Click the Add New Users link under the Account Management section.
Select Add New User.
Use the information below to create user ID and password.
- User’s Full Name
inDinero Finance Team
- Online ID
(e.g. if your company name is Evolve Enterprises, the online ID should be Evolveenterprises8)
Please create a secure password of your choice.
- Email Address
(e.g. if your company name is Evolve Enterprises, the email will be firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Save the Online ID and Password you just created in a text document, encrypt it with the last four digits of your company's EIN, and upload it to Client Uploads so your service team can access the account you're making.
- Phone Number
Turn the Administrator switch on and SafePass off.
Next, choose the level of access. Turn the switches on for all features.
Select which of your accounts you want to sync with inDinero. Check all the Settings boxes. Then, click Finish. Make sure that you uploaded your Online ID and Password to Shared Docs and then email your service team to let them know that you're ready for them to take over the process.
