Note: This article will help you manually resolve invoices paid via cash, check, wire, etc. However, if your invoice recipient paid through your inDinero Stripe integration then those invoices will be automatically resolved and marked as paid.
Additionally, if you use the Stitch Labs integration, please note that any edits made within your inDinero account will not update to your Stitch Labs account. See the Stitch Labs FAQ for more information.
Creating and sending invoices is only one part of the equation. You’ll also need to know how your invoice recipients can pay you and how you can track those payments in your inDinero account.
Choose the invoice you’d like to resolve from the “Invoice List” tab. Hover over the invoice you’d like to resolve and click the image that looks like a piece of paper near the right of the item.
This brings up a window where you can either manually document the payment you received or match the invoice to a transaction.
If your inDinero account has already registered the payment you received, you may want to link the invoice to that transaction for more accurate record-keeping. Simply select the corresponding transaction from the pop-up menu and click “Link Transaction.”
