Why did my tax completion date change?
Your tax completion date can change for different reasons, but most likely it’s because you have an open ticket (or two) with outstanding items that need to be addressed. We may need additional documentation, clarification over financial / business activities, or your approval in order to move forward.
To visit your ticket dashboard, log in to inDinero and click on the help (?) icon next to Account & Settings and choose Support Tickets.
